Elise O'Shea is a life coach specialising in quarter-life transitions, and the founder of Soulful Strides Life Coaching. She's worked with people who are doing everything right and feeling hollow about it, people who have no idea what they want, and people who know exactly what they want but haven't let themselves admit it yet. Elise's approach is warm and direct — she doesn't lecture from above or hand you a formula. She asks the questions that help you hear yourself. The video lessons go significantly deeper than the exercises on the page, with coaching frameworks, real patterns from Elise's client work, and guided practices developed specifically for the course. Each module also includes a bonus exclusive to course participants. If the workbook is the map, the course is having a coach walk it with you.

The video content runs to approximately 3.5 hours across 20 lessons, but the full course experience — including the workbook exercises and reflection prompts — takes most people between 8 and 12 hours depending on how deeply they engage. You can work through it at your own pace, module by module, or take it more slowly and return to sections as things shift. There's no wrong way to move through it.
