Group Coaching Programme
An 8-week structured programme combining coaching tools with peer community. Build confidence and momentum alongside others on a similar path.

All coaching is available online via Google Meet for clients anywhere in New Zealand and internationally.
Meet Elise O'Shea
I'm a New Zealand-based life coach and psychology postgraduate, working with clients in Palmerston North and online across New Zealand. I completed my Master's in Psychology because I wanted to understand, deeply and properly, how people change — and then I became a life coach because I wanted to put that understanding to practical use.
What that means for you: sessions with me are grounded in real psychological research, not wellness clichés. I bring genuine expertise in how thoughts, patterns, and nervous system states shape behaviour — and I use that knowledge to help you shift the things that haven't responded to willpower alone.
