Who Am I Now?

Finding yourself again when life didn't go to plan.

A free 50-minute live workshop with Elise O'Shea, Soulful Strides Life Coaching.

Wednesday 21 October · 7:30pm NZT · Online

Is this you?

From the outside, your life looks fine. You've got the job, the responsibilities, the routine. Then something shifted: a breakup, a divorce, or a quiet midlife reckoning that the life you're living doesn't feel like yours anymore.

Now you're asking a question you never expected to ask: who am I now?

  • You don't know what you want anymore.

  • You've realised you have work to do on yourself, and you're ready to do it.

  • You feel lost, and you're tired of feeling that way.

If that sounds familiar, this workshop is for you. You don't need more inspiration. You need clarity, honest support, and a plan.

What you'll walk away with

In 50 minutes, you'll leave with three things you can use the next morning.

1. Clarity on what you've actually lost, and what you haven't. We'll separate the roles, routines and plans that ended from the values, strengths and qualities that are still yours. Most people realise they haven't lost themselves, only the structure around them.

2. Your first answer to "what do I want now?" You won't redesign your whole life in an hour. You'll name three things you want more of and one thing you're done putting up with.

3. A practical 30-day rebuild plan. One boundary to set, one small action that reconnects you with something you enjoy, and one daily practice to rebuild your confidence.

About Elise

Kia ora, I'm Elise. I'm a life coach and the founder of Soulful Strides, with a Master's in Psychology from Massey University specialising in resilience.

I work with people in their late 30s and 40s who are rebuilding after life didn't go the way they planned. My clients often tell me they chose coaching because they wanted more than a place to talk. They wanted the truth, the support, and a plan.

That's exactly what you'll get in this hour. No fluff, no toxic positivity, just honest, practical steps forward.

FAQ

My situation isn't a divorce. Is this still for me? Yes. Whether it's a breakup, a divorce, a midlife reckoning, or something you can't quite name yet, if you feel lost and want to move forward, you're in the right place.

Do I have to share anything or have my camera on? No. You can keep your camera off and work through the exercises privately. Sharing in the chat is always optional.

What if I can't make it live? Register anyway and I'll send you the replay. You'll get the most from it live, though, so come if you can.

Is this therapy? No. Coaching is practical and forward-focused. If you're going through something especially heavy right now, I'd encourage you to get support from a counsellor too. You can free call or text 1737 any time to talk with a trained counsellor.

Is it really free? Yes. At the end, I'll share how you can keep working with me if you'd like more support. No pressure, and the workshop is valuable on its own either way.
